Department of Agriculture.
Companies or individuals who engage in wood destroying
insect inspections must be licensed and insured pesticide
applicator with the PA Department of Agriculture.
This is especially true if the buyer is using a
government backed loan such as but not limited to FHA/VA or Farm Loans.
Although we are licensed to apply pesticides, we feel it
would be a conflict of interest to inspect and treat for wood destroying
insects. For this reason, we do a complete inspection for wood
destroying insects as listed below with treatment by others:
