Structural Inspection Only ..........$275 Our comprehensive report includes all structural, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, grounds, and garages. Apartment Houses .... add $100 per unit after the first unit.
SEPTIC INSPECTIONS Septic Inspection Only ..............$265 Pumping of the treatment tank is extra and normally paid by the seller - digging to expose the septic tank lid is not included and is the responsibility of the seller.
Septic Tank Locating ............... $175 If the septic tank cannot be visually located, we provide a service of locating the treatment tank using radio transmitters and receivers. (Digging is not included)
